Another missionary off to a mountain town!

One of our dear friends, a 19 year old girl, that is in our new believer discipleship class just left about a month ago to go to her hometown in Espinar. This girl is PASSIONATE about Jesus. She is always reading the Bible and talking to people about things that she personally learns from the Bible. Anyway, she was having a hard time in Lima and decided it was time to go back home for a visit. She is trilingual. She is fluent in English, Quechua, and Spanish. Therefore she will really be able to communicate with the people there since a lot of them just speak the native language Quechua. She originally asked me if we had salvation bracelets she could take with her, and I told her I didn’t not have any with me but to come over, and I would load her up. She came over to our house the day she was going to leave, and I loaded her up with stuff to teach kids the Bible in this mountain town. She took a giant sack with her filled with art activities, Bibles, Bible verse games, and a kid’s story Bible. She also took curriculum with her and I gave her Mission Arlington’s website with more Spanish curriculum. On top of that she took about 3000 bracelets to explain the gospel to people. She emailed me a few weeks ago and said she had already started teaching children there and it was going good. Her brother is also a believer. He has been living there for about a year now. I know her going back there will really encourage him in the faith and hopefully they can do missionary work as a team. I am so excited to see all that God will do through this brother –sister team. Please be in prayer for them that God will give them courage, strength, wisdom, and God will use them to reach the region of Espinar. There are not many Christians there, but I feel confident that God has his hand on this brother and sister team and that He will use them in tremendous ways to reach the city of Espinar! So excited to see what God will do!
