Angela is our newest
intern! Yep, that is right, we finally are getting interns. God is so gracious
to us by sending us more people to do his kingdom work here. Can I mention,
that I spoke in Angela’s Spanish class about 2 years ago, and God brought her
to work in our team just now? I seriously thought that no one from DBU would
ever come, but my mind could not conceive God’s plans. God is so sovereign; we
are just now at a point where we are even ready for interns!
Angela arrived on
April 2nd, and will be here for 6 months. She has amazing qualities
to add to the team. She minored in Spanish, and is not afraid to use it! She is
already practicing away. She has taken the role as worship leader for the
discipleship class and sings beautifully! That is great since NO one here on
our team can sing. She is helping plan games and lessons, working in the art
ministry, and doing whatever else needs to be done. I feel so blessed to have
such a great helper in her, I can’t wait to see how God continues to lead her
in this ministry and shows her exactly what he wants her to do on this team. We
are so blessed.
