Camino de Vida, an amazing church in Surco, had a worship night the Saturday before Easter. One of our good missionary friends, invited us to go to this special night of worship the day before Easter Sunday. The cool part was that they were recording a CD of the worship songs. It was a live recording! Each song, the praise and worship team at Camino de Vida had written. They were incredible worship songs. Since the songs were in Spanish and were new songs to me, it was a beautiful time of worship because I really had to think about the words. The coolest part of the whole night was that Nicchola our taxi driver, our Peruvian dad came with us. We asked him what he thought about it. He said it was not fun, or exciting, but something different than he had ever felt at least for 2 hours. I think he was very intrigued by went on. I know of course that was the Holy Spirit working on his life. I was so thankful that he was able to come to a Christian worship service and see what it is like to worship a RISEN SAVIOR! Please be praying for him. I can see God really working in his life and drawing him to his heart.
